Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and the application of our cancellation terms.
4.3 Accepted payment methods

5. Event Cancellation & Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific booking contract, the following general principles apply:
- The initial deposit is non-refundable once paid, as it secures personnel, planning, and event resources.
- Where cancellation occurs within a reasonable period before the event date, a portion of any additional amounts paid may be refunded, subject to our ability to recover costs already incurred or commitments made on your behalf.
- For cancellations close to the event date, up to 100% of the total event fee may be payable to cover confirmed suppliers, staffing, venue arrangements, and lost opportunity to book other events.
Your specific cancellation schedule and any applicable refund percentages will be set out in your proposal or booking confirmation and will prevail over this general summary.
5.2 Company-initiated cancellation or changes
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event where circumstances arise that make it impossible, unsafe, or commercially unviable to proceed, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue issues, staff illness, safety concerns, or government-imposed restrictions.
Where Agencja Menadżerska FG Rafał Tragarz cancels an event and a suitable alternative date, time, or format cannot be agreed, we will provide a refund of any amounts paid for services not yet rendered, subject to any irrecoverable third-party costs incurred specifically for your event. This refund or credit will constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation.
We may make reasonable adjustments to event format, entertainment options, or staffing where needed to ensure delivery of a safe and professional experience. Any such adjustments will be communicated to you as early as practicable.
6. Client Responsibilities
This section describes expectations for guest conduct at casino-style events, the information required for bookings, and compliance with event guidelines.
6.1 Accurate information

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim(s) arising out of or related to your booking or event, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the total amount paid by you to Agencja Menadżerska FG Rafał Tragarz for the relevant event.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
